Delivery and Set-Up Inclusion Inquiry:

  • Are delivery and setup charges included in the prices?
  • Yes, our pricing encompasses delivery, setup, and dismantling of all equipment. Please ensure your presence during the delivery.

Rules of Usage:

  • "The following rules apply: No shoes, clothing with buckles, zippers, or chains allowed. Avoid bubble gum, food, or drinks on the inflatable. Strictly prohibit the use of silly strings and face paint."

Location Requirements for Bounce House:

  • "An ideal setting for the bounce house is a grassy area where it can be anchored into the ground. It's essential that the setup area is free from debris and animal waste. Stakes are approximately 12 inches deep. Caution is advised to avoid setting up on electrical lines or pipes. We do not hold liability for any underground repairs. Although equipment can be set up on concrete, please inform us in advance. Moreover, the bounce house requires a 110 VAC outlet within 50 feet. For outdoor events lacking electrical hookups, we offer a portable generator for an additional fee."

Indoor Setup for Inflatable and Soft Play:

  • "Our inflatables and Soft Plays are suitable for indoor setup provided there's adequate ceiling clearance."

Reservation Process:

  • We recommend contacting us via e-mail or call us at 917-975-4284  for reservation.

Payment Policy and Due Date:

  • "A 20% deposit is required upon booking, with the remaining payment due 48 hours before your event. Additionally, a $99 deposit is mandatory, refundable within 48 hours post-event if all equipment is undamaged and doesn’t require excessive cleaning. We accept major credit/debit cards, Zelle, Venmo and Cash."

Contract Signing Requirement:

  • "A signed contract is mandatory before any equipment setup. Adult supervision is essential during equipment use."

Rain Contingency:

  • "Our Bounce Houses are unsuitable during rain, lightning, thunderstorms, or high winds. In case of a forecast indicating a 50% or better chance of rain, cancellation is an option before delivery. Rescheduling without charge is feasible if the equipment is available for a substitute date. Payments will be held as rainchecks for future reservations within a year."

Equipment Cleaning Process:

  • "Our Bounce Houses undergo thorough cleaning with vacuuming and disinfection after every rental to ensure cleanliness and sanitation for your event."

Equipment Damage Policy:

  • "Damage to equipment, particularly from substances like silly string, incurs a $99 cleaning fee. Any severe damage requiring repairs or replacement due to material cuts or excessive misuse will incur total repair or replacement costs."
